I have just started reading your book, and I am confused about the part in the introduction (page 27) where you say “If you have ideas or examples that contradict my argument, do keep those to yourself.“ This seems to totally contradict your premise of the worth of open discussion. I think the idea of your book is wonderful and I applaud you for all the effort you’re putting into this movement. I just don’t understand why you would make a statement like that.
