Notes from the book tour
We had a wonderful time launching the book in Miami this weekend! This week I'm speaking at University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. Later this month, I'm in Austin to appear on Ryan Hoilday's The Daily Stoic podcast, and then it’s on to Tyler, Texas, Spokane, Seattle, Boise, and eventually Vancouver! See the full book tour schedule here.
Don’t see your city, but would like to? Write me to see if we can create a book stop near you! firstname.lastname@example.org
I had the privilege of speaking to a group of international mediators - true peacemakers in our divided times. It was timely to be able to speak to the importance of their work based on my recent experience with mediation myself! Watch the conversation here.
Public Discourse has become a new partner of CR, and re-ran one of the most popular CR posts, When Does an Intellectual Failing become a Moral One? Insights from Bonhoeffer - this reflection is as timely as ever especially given Bonhoeffer was born this month, on February 4th, 1906.
I’ll leave you with these words from Goethe:
“Whatever you think you can do or believe you can do, begin it. Action has magic, grace and power in it.”
